The Design Studio Network is building a database of possible projects. Add one. If we can add value to your invention and sell it to a town or investors, then we will pay you some cash plus a negotiated percentage of the royalty which averages 1% to 3% of gross sales depending on sale volume.

Six local Design Studios were created and staffed by creatively gifted and organizationally talented 8th graders to college student graders in small rural towns in Northwest Michigan. They have banned together to create locally owned companies serving national markets with at least $10,000,000 in sales. Each invention is screened so that it will create higher paying professional, technical and managerial positions.

The local Design Studio, staffed by teens, will take your invention, conduct a market analysis, add value through redesign where appropriate, complete a business plan and sell the invention to a local town in the NETWORK along with investors and professional managers who will grow the company. In return, they will pay you cash at the time of the sale and then an ongoing royalty.

By completing and submitted a profile, your invention becomes part of a database that is accessed periodically to identify new projects for the local Design Studio. It is semi-public so do not disclose patentable ideas. Please write down your description in a steel spiral notebook. Then witness it by signing and dated it by yourself and one other non-relative before submitted your entry to this database.

You will be contacted and all negotiations will go on at the local level between you and the teenage staff. You will be pleasantly surprised at our professional demeanor.
