Our Mission

Engage gifted, talented and motivated teens to create a hometown with high paying professional, technical and managerial jobs.

In rural towns we

  • Oversee the initial organization of the local Design Studio
  • Train Design Studio staff to identify and build an inventor network
  • Support teens as they develop proposals to major funding sources during year one

The Design Studio Network consists initially of

  • Six rural Michigan Towns

  • By the end of 2009 a total of ten towns
    Collaborating on 24+ projects

  • 50+ teens involved in a team or committees

  • Meeting online and face to face periodically

  • Serving as the catalyst for company and job creation
